Melett North America to showcase advanced turbocharger solutions at AAPEX 2024

Melett North America is set to highlight its latest turbocharger solutions at AAPEX 2024, which will take place from November 5th to 7th at The Venetian Expo & Caesars Forum in Las Vegas NV.

Visitors can find Melett North America at the Venetian Expo – Level 2 at booth A4371, where the team will display its range of OE-quality turbocharger spares and components.\

Taking centre stage will be new core assemblies (CHRAs) covering popular applications such as the Duramax LP5, Ford Ranger 2.3L, Honda Civic 1.5L (both early and late models), Kia Optima 2.0L, Honda Accord 2.0L, and Lexus 2.0L. These precision-engineered assemblies are VSR balanced, enabling repairers to avoid investing in costly balancing equipment while still providing OE-level performance.

Melett will also be displaying a new SREA electronic actuator from HELLA and a full turbocharger replacement, both for Mercedes-Benz 3.0L models.

Melett turbochargers offer an economical high-quality alternative a new OE turbocharger for situations where repair is not possible. Visitors will also be able to see Melett’s twin turbochargers designed for early Ford F-Series 3.5L engines, alongside new units for Volkswagen 2.0L engines, covering the 9VA04/05 and 9VA14 variants.

For the heavy-duty sector, Melett will be exhibiting its new electronic actuator for Holset HE300VG VGT turbos, which serves as a high-grade replacement option for the original equipment unit.

Melett will also highlight a selection of repair kits for Holset turbochargers, including models such as the HT100, HE300/400VG EAP-17, HE341VH, and HE500VG. These will be shown along with nozzle ring kits for Cummins X15 EPA-17 and Holset HE431V turbochargers.
