Starting with the full failure diagnosis and detailed analysis of turbos for development, the video emphasises Melett’s in-house engineering capabilities, incorporating 3D measuring capability and modelling software, to create our engineering drawings for manufacture. The video goes on to give you a behind the scenes look at Melett’s new Manufacturing Facility, highlighting the latest machinery and technology used to produce the highest quality repair parts, and then comes back to the UK where every part undergoes final quality inspection before it is packaged in a genuine Melett box.
The video concludes with an insight into Melett’s new and much expanded UK Core Production Facility, capturing the strict quality control processes throughout every stage of production.
