We’re Going Paperless

Starting March 07 2025, we’ll be going completely digital with our invoices. You’ll no longer receive paper invoices – they’ll only be sent to you by email.

If you’re not already receiving electronic invoices, the benefits include:

  • Faster delivery of invoices
  • Reduced environmental impact
  • Improved invoice tracking and organisation
  • Easier access to invoice history

To prepare for this change, please ensure we have your current email address on file. You can update your contact information by emailing us at [email protected] or calling our customer service team on +44 (0) 1226 320939.

Once the transition is complete, you’ll receive your invoices via email in a PDF format.
